Steps to Upgrade:

  1. Complete the Broker Management Course.

  2. Pass the Nevada Broker’s Exam (a refresher course is included with our Broker Management program). ORDER

  3. Show proof of 64 college credits, earned through education or verified experience (2 years of full-time experience = 16 credits).

Course & Credit Requirements (64 Semester Units Total):

  • Real Estate Law – 3 units (includes 18 hours of Nevada law; not waived by experience)

  • Real Estate Principles – 3 units

  • Real Estate Appraisal – 3 units

  • Real Estate, Business, or Economics – 15 units

  • Broker Management Training – 3 units (not waived by experience)

  • General Studies/Other – 37 units (from an accredited college or university; non-credit courses do not count)

  1. Prove 2 years of experience.

  2. Provide a credit report and financials.

  3. Open and operate a Nevada-based office.
