You may even qualify to skip the national portion of Nevada’s licensing exam.
Broker or Broker-Salesperson Applicants: If you have at least 8 years of experience, you’ll need at minimum our Broker’s Package.
Licensed in California and pursuing a Salesperson’s license for Nevada:
If your third elective pre-licensing course was Legal Aspects, you’ll need 18 hours of Nevada Law.
If your elective was anything else, you’ll need 45 hours of Real Estate Law.
